Can I cancel the order?

At Worldofrecliners, we ensure that the product you receive matches what you see in our catalogue. We do not offer exchanges (except damaged on arrival and non-replaceable items) or refunds for cancelled orders.

Once the product has been delivered, we CANNOT accept cancellation or change requests (except those covered under the 1-year service warranty). We strongly recommend customers to be present during delivery and inspect the product at that time.

Who will bear the cost of return?

The customer will bear the return cost.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

At Worldofrecliners, we take utmost care in packing and delivering our products. However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, we will service or replace the item as required.

Conditions for Return

  • Returns for Furniture and Lighting will only be accepted for Damaged or Defective items.
  • Please report any damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with price tags, labels, and invoices.
  • Return packages should be securely packed to avoid transit damage.
  • Products damaged after delivery will NOT be accepted for return.
